Who needs sleep honestly?
Like BoB Costas you only need 4. Really what could accomplish if everyday you slept only fours. Like when we did during 2008 summer olympics-Micheal phelps and Redeem basketball
were among my favorites. I did wake up around 1 am to ensure America won the gold in Championship.
I think I will attempt to attend on Olympics in my lifetime
Yeah so much more time could be used say if went to bed at midnight, and then wake up around 4 am
there would so many more time in your.
here is what I would do since I woke up around 4:00 in morning today so lets set
my goals for Saturday Sepmtember 12, 2009
first I create my first blog entry
maybe caught the sunrise
then I eat a very early breakfast
next I watch for like an hour or so becuase its only around 6 am by the time I finished this.
then go for long walk with my dog
followed by organizing my room and apartment
spend some time on my computer doing this and that
then time for Brunch around 10 AM
go for another walk with my dog
next doing some homework
then take a midday nap at noon till....2
then go print somethings and including my seminole student football ticket
go tailgating for FSU Seminoles V. Jacksonville State
go to football game
hopefully the noles win
then head home
give dog another walk
go on computer
possible do HW
then maybe hit a birthday party for my friend
come home
go to bed around Midnight

I do recommend you get 6-8 hours a sleep every night if possible
